Michael J. Hajeck

Mr. Hajeck founded SiliconSystems in 2002 and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer, President and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Hajeck is a storage industry expert with more than 20 years experience in the solid-state storage, removable media and hard drive markets and over the last sixteen years has helped pioneer the solid-state storage market. Mr. Hajeck’s extensive operating experience, with emphasis in sales and marketing, includes founding SiliconTech, Inc., co-founding MicroNet Technology, and senior management positions with SanDisk Corporation and SyQuest Technology. Mr. Hajeck graduated with a B.S. and M.S. in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Mr. Swartz, a co-founder of SiliconSystems, presently serves as Corporate Secretary. Mr. Swartz served as President from 2002 through early 2008. Prior to forming SiliconSystems, Mr. Swartz served as Vice President of Strategic Planning and General Counsel for SimpleTech, Inc. Previously, Mr. Swartz served as a Vice President for Northrop Corp. and as Staff Director and Chief Counsel for a committee of the U.S. House of Representatives. Mr. Swartz graduated with a B.S. from the United States Naval Academy, an M.S. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a J.D. from Georgetown University. |
Andrew
Talbot
Chief Financial Officer |

Mr.
Talbot joined SiliconSystems in April 2004 as Chief
Financial Officer. Most recently, Mr. Talbot was a
co-founder and Chief Financial Officer for Human Electric
Ltd., an e-commerce services company based in the
United Kingdom. Previously, Mr. Talbot served as Vice
President and General Manager for SimpleTech Europe
and Canada and was a senior manager for Coopers &
Lybrand Canada. Mr. Talbot has a B.S. in Computerized
Accountancy from the University of East Anglia, UK,
and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte
Haskins + Sells. |
David Beasley
Vice President of Sales |

Mr. Beasley joined SiliconSystems in 2006 as Director of Americas Sales, and was named Vice President of Sales in January of 2008. Prior to joining SiliconSystems, Mr. Beasley was the Regional Sales Manager for Strategic Accounts for SanDisk Corporation. Previously, Mr. Beasley held positions with Arrow Electronics/Anthem Electronics, first as a Field Sales Representative within the company’s largest division, and later as member of their corporate management team. Mr. Beasley graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University, and holds an M.B.A. from California State University, San Marcos. |
Gary
Drossel
Vice President of Product Planning |

Mr.
Drossel joined SiliconSystems in 2004 as Director
of Product Marketing and was named Vice President
of Product Planning in September, 2006. Prior to joining
SiliconSystems, Mr. Drossel was Director of Solid-State
Drives and Product Marketing Manager for SimpleTech,
Inc. Previously, Mr. Drossel held various marketing,
sales and field engineering management positions with
Motorola Computer Group’s Pro-Log division and
the industrial automation group of Parker Hannifin.
Mr. Drossel graduated with a B.S. degree in Electrical
and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. |

Fan

Mr. Fan joined SiliconSystems in July 2008 as Vice President of Marketing. Prior to joining SiliconSystems, Mr. Fan was Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Business Development for Entorian Technologies. Previously, Mr. Fan served as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management for Berkäna Wireless, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Resonext Communications and Senior Platform Marketing Manager, Mobile Platform Group for Intel. Mr. Fan holds a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences (EECS) from Santa Clara University and a B.S. degree in EECS from the University of California, Berkeley. |

Gioia

Mr. Gioia joined SiliconSystems in May 2008 as Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining SiliconSystems, Mr. Gioia was Vice President of Supply Chain Management for QLogic Corporation. Previously,
Mr. Gioia served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Tadpole-RDI
Computer Corporation, Vice President of Manufacturing and Procurement
for Pinnacle Micro and Director of Manufacturing for Toshiba America.
Mr. Gioia achieved the rank of Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps and has
a B.A. from California State University, Dominquez Hills and an M.B.A.
from University of La Verne, School of Business. He also studied
Business Management at the University of California, Los Angeles. |
Alan Kan
Vice President of Engineering |

Mr. Kan joined SiliconSystems in 2005 as Director of Software Development and was named Vice President of Engineering in 2008. Previously, Mr. Kan worked as a Senior Manager of Software and Firmware Development for Broadcom Corporation. Mr. Kan’s prior experience includes senior engineering and consultant positions at Rockwell Collins, Internet Machines Corporation and Xircom. Mr. Kan holds a B.S. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hong Kong and an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University.
